DESCRIPTION: EPW - Unsigned Swiss, "Chronometre" marked dial, 50mm, 18K gold original HC with gold cuvette bearing attributes, front with engraved "H D" initials and rear with engraved "23-6-1917" date, white enamel DS impressed dial with inner 13 to 24 hour indications in red, SW-SS, lever escapement, likely 16J, gilt mvt, s#82574 within case. CONDITION: Mvt: GRO, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, light oxide to steelwork, light discoloration to plates; dial has light spotting and numerous glue stains along its perimeter; fine hands that have turned a splotchy purple; case shows light wear, shallow mild dent to lower rear, dent on band at 12:30 and few small mild dings elsewhere on band, engraved initals show light wear; tight bow, crown shows little wear; clean plastic crystal.
